69.2  Restriction on the Contractor

Subject to clause 69.3 (Exception) and subject always to the provisions of the Direct Agreement, the Contractor shall not sub-contract, assign, underlet, charge, sell, bargain or otherwise deal in any way with the benefit of this Agreement in whole or in part except with the prior written consent of the Authority.210

210  There may be critical services that are provided by second tier sub-contractors.  In these circumstances, the Authority may decide that clauses 69.2 and 69.3 should also apply to such critical services and amendment made to require Authority consent to such providers.
