70.5  Contractor's Awareness

The Contractor's obligation under clause 70.2 (Notification) and clause 70.4 (Authority Request) shall, except where a legal transfer of shares has occurred, be limited to the extent of the Contractor's awareness, having made all reasonable enquiry.
