72  Audit Access

The Contractor shall provide to the Authority's Representative all information, documents, records and the like in the possession of, or available to, the Contractor (and to this end the Contractor shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that all such items in the possession of the Contractor or any Sub-Contractor shall be available to it and the Contractor has included or shall include, relevant terms in all contracts with Sub-Contractors to this effect) as may be reasonably requested by the Authority's Representative for any purpose in connection with this Agreement.
