81.3  The Contractor shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Authority against all Direct Losses incurred by it in respect of any breach of this clause 81 (Data Protection) by the Contractor and/or any act or omission of any Sub-Contractor which causes the Contractor to be in breach of this clause 81 (Data Protection).
