8.4. Quality Management Systems
The Authority shall have the right upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times to audit the Service Provider's quality management systems (for example ISO 9000 or equivalent standard) including examining and inspecting services, works and activities on or off the Authority's Premises or premises owned or occupied by the Service Provider to establish the adequacy or accuracy of the quality management system documentation. The Service Provider will use all reasonable endeavours to assist the Authority in such exercise.
