10.  AUTHORITY'S OBLIGATIONS5

10.1.  The Authority shall comply with the Authority's Obligations set out in Schedule 8 (Authority's Obligations).

5  Guidance:  The Authority will need to consider carefully any responsibilities that the Service Provider wants to include in Schedule 8 (Authority's Obligations) to ensure that it does not undermine the Service Provider's responsibilities in accepting the risk for the provision of the Services and to ensure that it is capable of complying with the relevant obligation.
