11.2.  Liaison

The Service Provider shall liaise with other bodies, groups or individuals with regard to the Services and to the extent that may be required by Legislation, Guidance and Good Industry Practice including:

11.2.1.  relevant members, officers and employees of the Authority;

11.2.2.  third party contractors who perform other services for the Authority which need to use or interface with the Services;

11.2.3.  relevant consultative and user groups and trade unions.
