11.3.  Information and Assistance

11.3.1.  Subject to any obligation in respect of confidentiality, the DPA and Commercially Sensitive Information, the parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to provide and share information and data reasonably required by the other:

a)  to enable it to perform its obligations under this Agreement; and/or

b)  (in the case of the Service Provider) which is reasonably necessary to enable the Authority to perform its statutory obligations insofar as such provision forms part of the Services.

11.3.2.  Neither party shall hinder, delay or prevent the other party in the performance of the other party's obligations under this Agreement.
