11.5

11.5.  Without prejudice to the specific requirements noted in this clause 11, the Service Provider shall fully co-operate with any of the Authority's statutory officers whilst such statutory officers are exercising and performing their statutory powers and duties.  For the purposes of this clause 11.5 "fully co-operate" shall include the matters set out in clauses 11.4.2.a) to 11.4.2.f) inclusive.
