19.3.  Indemnity

The Service Provider shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Authority against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expense (including reasonable legal costs) incurred by it in respect of any breach of this clause 19 (Data Protection) by the Service Provider and/or any act or omission of any Sub-Contractor.
