25.6.  Removal from Authority's Premises

25.6.1.  The Service Provider shall comply with and/or procure compliance with any notice issued by the Authority from time to time requiring the removal from any of the Authority's Premises of any person employed thereon who in the opinion of the Authority acting reasonably is not acceptable on the grounds of risk to themselves or an Authority Related Party or property and that such persons shall not be employed again upon the Project without the written consent of the Authority.

25.6.2.  The Service Provider shall immediately procure the removal from any of the Authority Premises of any person employed thereon where the Authority's Representative requires such removal in the case of an emergency.
