27.11.  Liability for Costs

27.11.1.  The costs of the Authority necessarily and reasonably incurred in connection with the Partner Admission Agreement and/or of obtaining the necessary certification of comparability in accordance with clause 27.7.1.d) (Service Provider Scheme) shall be borne by the Service Provider.
