28.  ACCESS TO AUTHORITY PREMISES44

The Authority shall give the Service Provider access to and/or use of the Authority's Premises for the provision of the Services on the terms set out in Schedule 9 (Access to Authority's Premises).

44  Guidance: This clause assumes that the Authority will be making its own premises available to the Service Provider for use in the provision of the Services.  If the Service Provider is delivering the Services from its own premises, then this clause and Schedule 9 should be amended or deleted as appropriate.
