29.1.  Initial Transferring Assets

The Authority shall transfer the Initial Transferring Assets to the Service Provider for use in the provision of the Services on the terms set out in the Asset Transfer Agreement.  Neither the Authority, its agents nor employees shall be liable to the Service Provider in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Initial Transferring Assets.
