32.6.  Dispute

If the Service Provider responds (pursuant to clause 32.5 (Response to Authority Notice)) that it does not agree with all or any of the statements made in any notice served by the Authority pursuant to clause 32.4 (Disputed Amounts), the matter or matters in question shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
