32.11.  Indexation

32.11.1.  The Payment shall be indexed in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 (Payment Mechanism).

32.11.2.  In the event of a Dispute regarding the adjustments to be made in accordance with clause 32.11 (Indexation), or as to the proper adjustment to be made pursuant to clause 32.11.1, such Dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure (Schedule 16).
