33.5.  Errors in the Financial Model

33.5.1.  The Financial Model shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider and the Service Provider shall be liable for any errors or omissions therein.

33.5.2.  For the avoidance of doubt the Service Provider shall not be entitled to claim any adjustment to the Payment or otherwise arising from any such errors or omissions.
