34.4.  Funding for General Changes in Law

All expenditure incurred by the Service Provider (including, for the avoidance of doubt its Sub-Contractors) in relation to a General Change in Law shall be for the Service Provider's sole account and borne entirely by the Service Provider and no amendment shall be made to the Payment nor shall any payment be made by the Authority to the Service Provider in respect of such General Change in Law.
