42.3.  Action by Authority

42.3.1.  Following service of a Step-in Notice the Authority shall take the action set out in the Step-in Notice and any consequential additional action as it reasonably believes is necessary (together the "Required Action") and the Service Provider shall give all reasonable assistance to the Authority while it is taking such Required Action, including without limitation granting or obtaining licences or permissions for systems and data required to deliver the Services and providing access to the Service Provider's employees and those of any Sub-Contractor.

42.3.2.  For the avoidance of doubt, Required Action may include any measures to address any aspect of the performance of the Services including the introduction of management intervention into a discrete part or the whole of the Services where in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, such intervention is required, and the right to enter upon any premises occupied by the Service Provider and to use any Assets.
