46.8

46.8.  The Service Provider's liability to the Authority pursuant to this clause 46 shall be, for the avoidance of doubt, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Authority under this Agreement and in particular (but without limitation) shall not prejudice in any way the Authority's right to enforce at any time and in any manner whatsoever any Guarantee or Collateral Warranty.
