47.5.  Evidence of Policies

The Service Provider shall provide, on request, to the Authority:

47.5.1.  copies of all insurance policies relating to the above (including all documents evidencing any amendments, extensions or variations to all such policies) and the Authority shall be entitled to inspect them during ordinary business hours; and

47.5.2.  evidence that the premiums payable under the Required Insurances have been paid and that the insurances are in full force and effect.
