47.7.  Breach

If the Service Provider is in breach of clause 47.1 (Requirement to Maintain), the Authority may pay any premiums required to keep such insurance in force or itself procure such insurance and may, in either case, recover such amounts from the Service Provider on written demand, together with all costs and expenses incurred in procuring such insurance.
