65.  COMPLIANCE WITH ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LEGISLATION

The Service Provider shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, ensure that the Services are provided in such a manner as to comply with the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000.
