67.  MITIGATION

The Authority and the Service Provider shall at all times take all reasonable steps to minimise and mitigate any loss for which the relevant party is entitled to bring a claim against the other party pursuant to this Agreement and to take all reasonable steps to minimise and mitigate any effects or circumstances and/or events adversely affecting the performance of their obligations under this Agreement which would otherwise entitle that party to relief and/or to claim compensation hereunder.
