70. CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS

70.1. Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or as already taken into account in the calculation of any payment of compensation on termination pursuant to this Agreement:-

70.1.1. the termination or expiry of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to any accrued rights and obligations under this Agreement as at the Expiry Date or the Termination Date; and

70.1.2. the termination or expiry of this Agreement shall not affect the continuing rights or obligations of the Authority and the Service Provider under the clauses in the table below and/or under any other provision of this Agreement which is expressed to survive expiry or termination or which is required to give effect to such expiry or termination or the consequences of such expiry of termination:
