This Procurement Pack has been produced by Local Partnerships and the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), in consultation with legal advisers Pinsent Masons and Addleshaw Goddard, PricewaterhouseCoopers (financial advisers) and Hunters (technical advisers) (together the Advisers) to provide assistance to Authorities in the procurement of Fire projects through a public private partnership or through the Private Finance Initiative. This Procurement Pack has been published in good faith by Local Partnerships and DCLG with the help of their Advisers, and neither Local Partnerships nor DCLG nor their Advisers shall incur any liability for any action or omission arising out of any reliance being placed on any part of the Procurement Pack by any Local Authority or organisation or other person. This Funders Direct Agreement has been updated in line with recent market developments and to reflect frequently requested derogations as at December 2009.
