26  Nature of Land Interests (HPP Ref: Clause 8 (Nature of Land Interests))

Clause 8 and its associated definitions should be deleted and replaced with the following:

Lease means [each of] the lease[s] in the form set out in [Schedule ♦] (Form of Lease) as granted or to be granted by the Authority to the Contractor13 in respect of [the/each] [Phase/Site] in accordance with clause 8 (Nature of Land Interests) [and the expression Leases shall be construed accordingly];

Lease Declaration shall have the meaning given to it in clause 8.3(b) (Exclusion of Security);

Lease Notice shall have the meaning given to it in clause 8.3(a) (Exclusion of Security);
