8.2  Grant of Leases

Within fifteen (15) Business Days of the date of issue of a Certificate of Availability for a [Phase/Site] the Authority14 shall grant to the Contractor, and the Contractor shall accept, the Lease for that [Phase/Site] in accordance (including as to timing) with this clause 8 (Nature of Land Interests).
