8.5  Delivery of Engrossments

Within eight (8) Business Days after the date of issue of the Certificate of Availability for a [Phase/Site], the Authority's Representative shall deliver engrossments of the counterpart Lease for all Dwellings in that [Phase/Site] to the Contractor.  The Contractor shall execute and deliver the counterpart Lease as a deed to the Authority's Representative within a further five (5) Business Days of receipt.  The Authority shall then execute the original Lease as a deed within a further two (2) Business Days and following completion in accordance with clause 8.2 (Grant of Leases) send the original Lease to the Contractor.
