29.9  Conduct of claims & Indemnity Assignment

29.9.1  Clause 56.7 (Conduct of Claims) of this Agreement shall apply where any claim is made in respect of any of the indemnities given under this clause 29 (Employment Matters).

29.9.2  The Authority shall be entitled to assign the benefit of the indemnities in clauses 29.5, 29.6.4(a), 29.7.2(b), 29.7.3, 29.8.1(b) and 29.10 to any Future Service Provider29.
