42.3  Amounts less than Zero

If the amounts referred to in clauses 42.1(a)(ii) and/or 42.1(a)(iii) (Force Majeure Termination Sum) or clauses 42.1(b)(ii) and/or 42.1(b)(iii) (net of any deduction made under clause 42.1(b)(v)) (Force Majeure Termination Sum) are less than zero then, for the purposes of the calculation in clause 42.1(a) (Force Majeure Termination Sum) or clause 42.1(b) (Force Majeure Termination Sum), they shall be deemed to be zero.
