55.6  Tenant Information

Where either party, in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, is provided with information in relation to Tenants, that party shall not disclose nor make use of any such information otherwise than for the purpose for which it was provided unless that party has sought the prior written consent of the relevant Tenants.
