1.2  Service Charge

The Landlord shall be entitled to charge and retain a Service Charge from each Tenant with a Tenancy Agreement in respect of the Common Parts of a Dwelling which benefits from one or more Service Charge Services (but no other person) subject to Service Charges not exceeding the Agreed Service Charge.
