1.3  Information

The Contractor shall procure that the Landlord shall maintain and supply to the Authority on request such information as is reasonably requested by the Authority from time to time to evidence that the Service Charge Services being delivered to Tenants and the Service Charges being charged to Tenants under their Tenancy Agreements accords with this clause 1 (Service Charges) and does not exceed the Agreed Service Charge.  The Contractor shall or shall procure that the Authority is kept up to date at all times of the Service Charges being charged by the Landlord to Tenants.
