1.6 Change to the Rent Influencing Regime
The parties agree that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement:
(a) any change in the Rent Influencing Regime or in any guidance or Legislation which is applicable to [Registered Social Landlords]; or
(b) any Change in Law,
which affects the amount of Service Charge that the Landlord is able to charge Tenants shall not constitute a Qualifying Change in Law nor shall it give rise to any liability on the part of the Authority (whether by way of an increase to the Unitary Charge or otherwise).
