47  Rents and Service Charges (Associated Drafting Amendments)

As a result of the inclusion of Rents and Service Charges in the contract the following provisions will need to be amended as follows:

(a)  in clauses 16.5, 16.6 and 16.7 following the words "incur costs or lose revenue" or "loss of revenue" where they appear in these clauses the following words should be added:

"(including loss of Rents [and/or Service Charges])"

(b)  the Change Protocol should be amended where references to loss of revenue occur to include the wording:

"(including loss of Rents [and/or Service Charges])".
