50  Best Value (HPP Ref: Clause 35 (Best Value))

Clause 35.4 should be amended by deleting clause 35.4.12 and replacing it with the following:

35.4.12  Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Change Protocol, the Contractor shall be solely responsible for the cost of a CAA Change.
