(6.2)  Project team.

The project director should be supported by a properly resourced project team with project management experience and the necessary range of skills and experience relevant to the project. This experience needs to be demonstrated in the OBC. The team need to be working within a suitable project management structure, which should be outlined with specific reference both to reporting lines to the project board and members; and to the delegation of suitable powers to allow effective management of the project. The project will be expected to be accessible to the involvement of the 4ps and departments.
