(6.6)  Advisors.

A project will need to demonstrate that suitable advisers are in place (or, if not, when they will be), with the necessary funding. These are likely to need to cover technical, financial, legal, and insurance. If the authority is using in-house resources they should demonstrate that they are suitably skilled and experienced. For external advisors, the terms of appointment should be detailed (including requirements to share information, and arrangements for periodic review), and - if already appointed - their relevant sector specific experience.
