4.2.1  The projected profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow statements for the PFI contractor are provided on worksheet 'O (Detail)'.

4.2.2  In addition, worksheet 'O (Detail)' is where the detailed checks on the Model are included. It is expected that no cells in rows 54 to 78 on this worksheet will be returning a value of 'problem' when the Model is submitted for DCLG evaluation.
