4.4  Value for Money

4.4.1  Worksheets 'VfM (1)' to 'VfM (5)' are taken from the current Quantitative Evaluation Spreadsheet.

4.4.2  Inputs to the Quantitative Evaluation Spreadsheet would normally be made on worksheet 'VfM (1)'. Now that these worksheets have been incorporated into the overall Model, this is now a linked worksheet, with all inputs to the VfM analysis being made by the authority on worksheets 'I (Gen)' and 'I (Time)'.

4.4.3  For details on completing the VfM aspects of the Model. Please refer to the Quantitative Assessment User Guide, issued by HM Treasury in March 2007.

4.4.4  Worksheet 'VfM (3)' presents the full range of modelling outputs necessary to identify which option offers better value for money.
