5.1  Worksheet: Introduction (Intro)

5.1.1  This worksheet provides the user with a 1-page summary of the worksheets that comprise the Financial Model. These worksheets can then be grouped into 5 sub-sections:

0.  Introduction

1.  Inputs

2.  Calculations

3.  Outputs

4.  Supplementary VfM Calculations

5.1.2  An additional feature of this worksheet is that it incorporates the printing buttons. Printouts of the individual worksheets can be generated by clicking the on the relevant buttons labelled "Worksheet" on the right hand side of the screen. Similarly, the worksheets in sub-sections 0 to 4 can be printed out in groups by selecting the relevant button labelled "Section". Finally, all visible worksheets can be printed out by selecting the button labelled "All" on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

5.1.3  It should be noted that there are additional calculation sheets in the Model that are hidden from the user. This is purely to improve the simplicity of the Model, and evaluation of potential bids is carried out on the basis of the data in the visible sheets.
