1  INTRODUCTION

1.1  This brief identifies [Name] Council's proposals to sponsor PFI a project and the role of external legal advisors in successfully delivering those projects.  It is expected that in managing this project the in-house project team's expertise and resources will develop and lead to reduced levels of inputs from external advisors in future projects.
