Selection Criteria

•  The economic and financial standing of Bidders, taking into account such matters as statements from the Bidders' bankers, evidence of insurance and statements of accounts and turnover.

•  The technical capacity and ability of Bidders, including bidders' methods of working, commercial matters, ability and approach to raising project and/or corporate finance, [quality assurance,] [health and safety,] [equal opportunities and] [environmental issues].

A shortlist of Bidders will be drawn up and they will be eligible to participate further in the procurement process.

Where a Bidder has a valid reason for being unable to provide the information requested in relation to economic and financial matters (including insurance), other information considered appropriate by the Local Authority will be accepted.
