D1 - Please provide:

-  Details together with CVs of the key persons who will be involved in dialogue with the Local Authority and in the bid preparation and procurement of this project;

-  If known at this stage, details together with CVs of all the key persons who are likely to be involved in the management structure and/or running of the project for the Bidder and state if these are different from those who will be involved in negotiations with the Local Authority. If the key persons who are likely to be involved in the management structure and/or running of the project are not known at this stage, how and when will they be appointed?
