Experience of Achieving Financial Close

D4 - During the last three years where the Bidder has been appointed as preferred bidder on a public private partnership for works and/or services, PFI project or equivalent type project ,works and/or services provided under framework arrangements or equivalent:-

-  provide details of whether financial close was achieved in accordance with the timetable agreed at the time of appointment, or if there was any delay the reasons for the delay; and

-  if the overall cost of the relevant project increased during the period from the appointment of preferred bidder up to financial close, the reasons for any such increase.
