Questions E1 to E6 are to be completed by the Bidder on behalf of itself and, if applicable, each Relevant Organisation, on separate sheets. This section should not be completed in respect of the Funders and Advisers.

E1. Have you ever suffered deductions for liquidated and/or ascertained damages and /or any other form of contractual deductions for poor or late performance in respect of any contract within the last two years?
