Assess the technical ability to provide the works and services by reference to the PFI or PPP projects on which the Relevant Organisations have worked for public sector organisations including local authorities. Factors to be taken into account will include:

•  the experience and involvement of each Relevant Organisation and whether the Relevant Organisation have worked or are working together on the PFI or PPP projects. If new relationships are being created, then how the relevant organisation(s) intend to form new working arrangements for this project drawing on their experience of similar projects.
