You are required to keep the contents of the documents confidential to yourselves and the members of your bidding consortium.
You are invited to submit a completed PQQ to the Local Authority in accordance with the instructions included in the Descriptive Document and PQQ.
As noted in the Descriptive Document, you are also invited to attend a Bidders Open Day arranged for [insert details] at the [insert details]. If you wish to attend or be represented at the Bidders Open Day, I would be pleased if you could let the Local Authority know who your representative will be.
