Evaluation of ISOS responses

The Local Authority will evaluate Bidders' responses to this Invitation to Submit Outline Solutions (ISOS) by applying the scoring system in the table below. This will establish a short list of Bidders to be invited to submit Detailed Solutions. [Note - in completing this table, Local Authorities should add new rows between ISOS Questions as appropriate to demonstrate how the evaluation of responses will reflect performance against the published award criteria / sub-criteria. The weighting/maximum score for the ISOS questions should be within the parameters of the weightings specified for the award criteria/sub-criteria to which they relate.]
